What can we say? Rohan and the team have made our Canadian lodge dream come true! With limited guidance from architect drawings that resembled the ancient scrolls, Rohan turned our ideas for the “Grand Room” into reality. No matter what the challenge was along the way – whether differing opinions on the beam plates or concerns over the sight screens on the deck – the Total team listened and adjusted the design whilst staying within time and budget constraints. The way Kurt and Anton plus other subcontractors conducted themselves out of respect for the fact that we lived on site throughout the build, is a testimony to Rohan’s ability to select staff who reflect his own values. We’re extremely happy with the end result and the overall experience with Williams Family homes. We worked with Rohan, Kate, and their wonderful team of staff and trades to build our house in Maleny. The process was very easy, Kate was an organisation queen and Rohan and crew built the house of our dreams. Communication lines were always open, if changes needed to be made or a problem was found Rohan always provided an excellent alternative. The rain played havoc on the challenging site but the build continued. The team were so friendly as we popped in and out with small children. We are absolutely thrilled with our home renovations! The Williams Family team was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish — professional, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. TB&C have built two dwellings for us in the Maleny area. These were both steeply sloping sites that presented some challenges. Rohan and his team were professional and reliable and they delivered great results.

We are now in discussion with Rohan on a third build - also in the Maleny area. Our new house in North Maleny has just been finished. The architectural and structural design of this house made it a challenging build and we didn’t consider any other buildings for this project.
